This is an ultra-premium project, so you need a higher budget.
Because of this, many buyers may not be able to afford it due to financial limitations.
2. Under Construction
I have to say that the project is still under construction.
That means you will need to wait until it is completed before moving in.

3. Large Apartments May Not Suit Everyone
I would like to add one more thing based on my personal experience.
Many people want to buy an apartment in Hitech City, but this project offers only large apartments.
